Nakshatraa (नक्षत्र) provides astrology-related services through its website and mobile application, including but not limited to:
Online chat, audio, or video consultations with astrologers.
Horoscope, Kundli, matchmaking, and astrological reports.
Daily, weekly, or monthly predictions and remedies.
Educational content and articles on astrology.
Nakshatraa acts solely as a facilitator between users and astrologers. Predictions and advice are based on astrological principles and should be treated as guidance, not absolute certainty.
To access certain features, users must create an account by providing accurate and complete information.
You agree to:
Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials.
Be responsible for all activities under your account.
Promptly notify Nakshatraa of any unauthorized use of your account.
Nakshatraa reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found violating these Terms or involved in fraudulent or illegal activity.
Your privacy is important to us. All personal and sensitive data is handled as per our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

All astrologers listed on the platform operate as independent service providers.
Nakshatraa does not guarantee the accuracy or outcome of any prediction, remedy, or advice.
Users are advised to use discretion and treat all consultations as guidance only.
Nakshatraa is not responsible for the behavior, opinions, or actions of astrologers.
All payments for consultations and reports are processed through secure gateways.
Fees once paid are non-refundable, except in cases of technical errors or failed transactions.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days.
Nakshatraa Wallet (if available) credits cannot be transferred or withdrawn in cash.
Users must ensure their payment details are accurate at the time of booking.
All content, including text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and audio-visual materials, is the exclusive property of InvaDex Soft System or its licensors.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without prior written consent.
Nakshatraa, its affiliates, and employees shall not be liable for:
Any loss or damage arising from reliance on predictions or advice.
Uninterrupted or error-free service availability.
Technical delays, failures, or system interruptions.
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Nakshatraa acts only as a medium between users and astrologers. The ultimate responsibility for actions based on astrological guidance rests with the user.
Astrology is a subjective and interpretative science. Nakshatraa does not claim that predictions or remedies are guaranteed to be accurate.
The Platform is for entertainment, spiritual, and guidance purposes only.
Nakshatraa does not offer any medical, legal, or financial advice. Users should consult appropriate professionals for such matters.
You are strictly prohibited from:
Misusing or reverse-engineering the website or app.
Creating fake profiles or impersonating others.
Posting copyrighted or offensive material.
Attempting to disrupt servers, APIs, or payment systems.
Violations may lead to suspension, account termination, or legal action.

We do not endorse or take responsibility for any third-party sites, products, or services accessed through our platform.
By registering with Nakshatraa, you agree to receive transactional messages, OTPs, and service updates via SMS, email, WhatsApp, or push notifications.

Nakshatraa reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the Platform at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in cases of:
Policy violation
Fraudulent or illegal activity
Misuse of Platform or harassment of astrologers/staff
Upon termination, your account data may be deleted or retained as per legal requirements.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless InvaDex Soft System, its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or losses arising from:

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
In case of arbitration, proceedings shall be conducted in English under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, before a sole arbitrator mutually appointed by both parties.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full effect.
Nakshatraa reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time.
Any such changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website or app.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and other policies published on www.nakshatraa.in, constitute the entire agreement between you and InvaDex Soft System regarding the use of Nakshatraa.
