Refund Policy

At Nakshatraa (InvaDex Soft System), we strive to provide a smooth and satisfactory experience for all our users. Since astrology is a time-based and consultation-based service, refunds are limited and granted only under specific conditions.

1. No Refund for Completed Services

Once a consultation (chat, call, video call, or report) is completed, no refund will be issued, as the service has already been delivered.

2. Refund for Technical Issues

A refund may be provided only if:

  • The service could not be delivered due to a technical error on our platform.

  • You were charged but did not receive any service.

  • The call or chat failed due to system/server issues on Nakshatraa’s side.

In such cases, the refund/credit will be issued after verification by our technical team.

3. Misuse or Abusive Behavior

If a user misuses the platform or behaves abusively toward astrologers or staff, Nakshatraa reserves the right to deny refunds and may suspend the user account.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days through the same payment method used for the transaction.

5. No Refund for Wrong Information Provided by User

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The user enters wrong birth details.

  • The user is dissatisfied with the astrologer’s prediction or opinion.

  • The user changes their mind after starting the session.
